Shipping policy

Shipping takes up to 2 to 4 business days to leave our warehouse on average. You will receive tracking to watch your order via email once the product is shipped. This shipping window is an average and not a guarantee. Receiving product outside of this window, unless expressly written on the product description, will not entitle any customer to a refund. Refunds are ONLY provided due to exceptional circumstances, like product that is significantly off, was damaged by us, or is otherwise not what was ordered.
